Universal Development & Construction Holding represented Ukraine on the 20th international exhibition of commercial real estate MIPIM 2009 that took place from 10-13 March in Cannes, France. The UDC Holding's exhibition stand with motto: "UKRAINE 2009: THE BEST TIME FOR REAL INVESTMENTS" was opened on 10 March 2009. Several planned meetings and negotiations were held on the UDC Holding's stand. The most interesting projects were represented there:

- complex of office and trade centers "Business Town" (L'viv);
- "Etap" hotel network in Ukraine;
- cottage town «Ivolga" (Letki village, Kiev region);
- business center "Yaroslaviv Val" (Kiev);
- trade and office center Poznyaky (Kiev).

We take part in the forum for the second time. A year ago the Universal Development & Construction Holding has made its presentation on MIPIM Horizons 2008
