UDC Holding took part in the exhibition «Vienna Real Estate 2009», held in Austria, Vienna from 26 to 28 May 2009. This event was dedicated to the development of commercial and residential real estate in the Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe. Two days of the fair were devoted to the development of hotel infrastructure, including in Ukraine. Leading hotel development companies together with the real estate companies were represented within the conferences. The UDC Holding was represented by Mr.Vladimir Garazd, Project Manager. Within the debates, the fair's participants came to the conclusion that now is the best time for the budget hotels development and it is possible to find investors for these projects who are ready to enter the Ukrainian market.
