9th April 2009, Leonid Bogdanov (CEO) Yuriy Stetskiv (CFO) visited London as a delegate of the "Islamic Finance Mobilisation & Strategic Project Origination" conference organized by "UCI International".

Conference program consisted of the 3 main parts - Lectures on Islamic Finance, Presentation of the investment projects and one-to-one meetings between Companies-owners of the projects and investment companies.

UDC Holding has presented not only its projects, but also Ukrainian investment potential and steps that where made by the company for Shari'ah compliance.

Mr. Bogdanov and Mr.Stetskiv had short meetings with Sheikh Ali Al Qurahdaghi and Sheikh Esam Ishaq (known Shari'ah Scholars). During this and other meetings a strong interest was shown to the first Ukrainian company that is trying to obtain Shari'ah compliance.
