Company's employees held a working visit to Poland, from 23 to 26 June 2009 for familiarization with the operation of hotels under the brand «ETAP» and «IBIS» of European hotel operator ACCOR. They have visited Krakow and Katowice, met with managers of these hotels for sharing knowledge and experience of construction and operation. Hotel Managers in Poland carried a detailed tour over the hotels, exchanged experiences, and underlined the main aspects to be considered in the construction and operation of the hotel.

On 25 September 2008, UDC Holding has signed a memorandum with the company ACCOR for the construction of 25 hotels in Ukraine under the « ETAP » brand.
