On the 21st of June representatives of UDC Holding made a trip to Odessa to the future construction place of the «ETAP» hotel. The aim of the trip was familiarization with the construction site and negotiations dedicated to land allocation and project engineering with a representative of the open joint stock company "Concern"Galnaftagaz".

The working group saw over the site and evaluated the amount of future works. The construction site is situated near the bus station and crossing of highways South-North and West-East. Thanks to this the place of construction is of significant commercial importance significance and has a great potential. As a result of negotiations the tasks and preliminary terms of the project realization were set up.
