In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding and the previous agreements, a regular meeting was held on 25-26th November 2009, in Lviv, between the Construction Director, responsible representatives of the design department of the UDC Holding company and official representatives of the ACCOR. During the meeting they discussed a number of issues connected with the current situation and aspects of further cooperation.

The most important issues were the harmonization of differences that have arisen from implementation of project works and compliance of the project design, provided by the French partners to the Ukrainian design and construction regulations. It was also agreed the distribution of basic design works between the company's design departments and provision of solutions for the facades works. In addition, the parties reached an agreement in the technical issues regarding the selection of materials, equipment, its types and manufacturers. Discussing the impact of various reasons on the design dynamics of Etap Hotel (9, Mekhanizatoriv Str., Kyiv), both parties made corrections in the works schedule and appointed the receipt date of the design documents from ACCOR.

The parties have also negotiated different variants for facades and main planning solutions in the design of floors and premises for the Ibis Hotel (72, Heroiv UPA Str., Lviv).

In the final part of the meeting, the ACCOR representatives showed interest in the prospects of further cooperation with UDC Holding company for increasing of number of the potential hotel sites in such cities as Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhya. They suggested carrying out a more active search of land plots, which meet requirements for location and construction of the Ibis and Etap hotels in such regions.
