Always at the beginning of the New Year we would like to look at the results of the previous year. In 2009, UDC Holding focused on several directions at the same time. First, as a developer, the company transformed its projects and tried to implement in their realization modern construction technologies, such as Green Building. Significant steps have been made in the development of the Etap and Ibis hotel chain, and together with our partners we are continuing the first stage of its construction.

This year the UDC Holding team proved to be a good organizer of business forums and conferences. One may recall the business forum "Ukraine 2009 - High time for investment", which was held in May 2009 in Kuwait during the visit of the Minister of Economy of Ukraine. And autumn 2009 was highlighted by the Second Annual Arab-Ukrainian Business Conference "Investment opportunities in Ukraine", which presented Ukraine and its promising industries for foreign investments. This became the second direction of the company activities, because the UDC Holding strengthens its positions in cooperation with Arab businessmen and investors. As a result, the company opens in 2010 the Internet Forum for Ukrainian-Arabic Economic Cooperation.

Representatives from different departments of UDC Holding attended in 2009 a large number of conferences, forums and seminars, where they actively participated, gained invaluable experience in various fields and made new contacts. Among the biggest events were MIPIM 2009, UCI International, EXPO REAL, WIBC.

The result of our work in 2009 will be seen in new development projects, which the UDC Holding will announce soon. We don't stand still, we are moving forward.
