The UDC Holding representatives visited a presentation "Economic situation and investment climate in African country, Malawi", which took place in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine on April 14, 2010 under the patronage of the Embassy of the Republic Malawi in Germany and Ukraine.

During the event the participants were provided with information about the promising and profitable directions of bilateral cooperation in sphere of energy, agricultural machinery import from Ukraine and participation of Ukrainian specialists in the development of railway and transport infrastructure.

Particular attention has been focused on investment opportunities and participation in international projects, because the Government of Malawi encourages both domestic and foreign investments in any sphere of the economy and ensures the transparency of ownership, investment amounts and funding sources.
