UDC Holding is going to build 10-storey business center “Simphony” in the centre of Kyiv in 2011

Kyiv. 15 April 2009. INTERFAX-UKRAINE - UDC Holding, a member of the Universal Investment Group (UIG - both are from Kyiv), is going to build a business center "Symphony" at Yaroslaviv Val Str., Kyiv, at the beginning of 2011.
Mr. Leonid Bogdanov, director of the holding, informed the Interfax-Ukraine that total area of the 10-storey building with a small restaurant at the top floor would have 10 ths. sq.m. This business center will be special because of small office premises up to 250 and 450 sq.m., oriented for small companies.
"Main advantage of the project is that this project is oriented for small companies. In the crisis situation, when all people are cutting down their spending, when everybody wants to have a small office, we are trying to offer such possibility", - said Mr.Leonid Bogdanov.
According to this, the construction will start in spring 2010.
The UDC Holding is a member of the Universal Investment Group and incorporates its enterprises and companies which work in the building and construction sphere. The Holding comprises of more than 20 companies, in particular, CJSC "GBK Vash Dom", CJSC "Technopark LZTA", CJSC "ProgressTechBud" (all companies from L'viv), and also OJSC "Universal Development Company and OJSC "Kvartal-Bud" (from Kyiv).
The UIG is established in Ukraine in 1995 and coordinates the range of business-projects in Ukraine, among them are concern "Galnaftagaz (network of the OKKO petrol stations), IC "Universalna", concern "Khlebprom", bank "Universalniy", UDC Holding and some other joint venture businesses.
