In autumn 2010 Developer holding UDC Holding plans to begin construction of four star hotel Novotel in Lviv.
CEO of UDC Holding Leonid Bogdanov announced this to journalists.
According to him, four star hotel Novotel with 76 rooms is planned to be build on 10 hundred square metres in Lviv near Adam Mickiewicz Square.
The start of the construction is planned to be after autumn 2010, the finish - by the end of 2011. Investments in this project are approximately 8 million euros.
He also noted that the holding company signed a memorandum of accommodation for guests and participants of the Euro-2012 with the mayoralty of the city, in which the third party is TUI Travel.
