UDC holding to develop five new hotels in Ukraine

Kiev-based entity UDC Holding plans to invest around €1,6m in developing 5 two-star hotels, including four Etap Hotels and one Ibis Hotel, by 2011. The hotels will be located in Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa and Lvov. An Etap Hotel will be built in each of the target cities, while the Ibis development will be in Lvov. The entire chain will include around 25 Etap Hotels and one or two Ibis ones. The envisaged hotel capacity will range between 100 and 200 rooms.
