The AUTOCITY business-park has been developed as a mix-used project based in the largest residential community in Kiev-Troyeshina district with population over 350,000 people.

The Project will include:
• Sport and entertainment facilities with hall spaces for mass events and concerts;
• Commercial infrastructure with high number of fully - serviced office space.

The auto park will provide a variety of sport events such as street and circuit racing, drag racing, drifting and extreme driving trainings.
There will be carting, exhibition halls, bowling, play-grounds for extreme sports, cinemas and concert hall, skating rink, night clubs and other entertainment activities for the city residents as well as for guests.
The AUTO City's project target is to create European type auto house - multifunctional building which will serves technical support facilities including auto repair stations, auto support services stations as well as number of tuning and design stores.
