Previous reconstruction stages includedn more than 50,000 sq.m. Some
of them where sold, and some were put to lease - hold option.

The territory of "Technopark" rapidly becomes an essential business, social and commercial Lviv's downtown.

Block 40:
Office-Trade complex.
First two floors are trade spaces with total area of about 5,000 sq.m., while two other floors will be office space.

Block 41:
Recreation&Entertainment area which will include fitness club, swimming pool, squash halls and children playgrounds on the ground floor. Sport club, fitness, cafe, SPA-salon will be located on the first floor. Additionally, billiard club, multiplex, sport pub on a second floor. The third floor will be used as a show/conference rooms. Finally, restaurant complex will be placed on the roof with a marvellous view over the city.
