Concept

The project has no analogues in Ukraine for its functional value and services provided. Sport Health City "DONUZLAV" is unique resort with recreation and entertainment centers and wide range of water sports as well as other sport activities being included into the project.

The main project zone is Rehabilitation Centre for sport professionals.

Development stages:

I stage - Establishment of a Camping area (camping with wide range of sport and leisure facilities including extreme sports).

II stage - Cottages area (social housing), sanatorium-and-spa clinic, petrol station on the approach roads.

III stage - Athletic rehabilitation center and recreation area with sport hotels and wide range of athletic grounds.

IV stage - High class residential area (private houses/apartments) and Marina (yachting club with hotel and aqua park).

V stage - Hotel and exhibition area (three 8floor hotels and exhibition center).
