Construction of the center in the 9th microdistrict of the Poznyaky residential district is planned in accordance with the general development plan dated 1990. The centre will include high-quality commercial, office and administrative premises, public services sections, recreational areas, café and underground parking.

In the well-equipped centre, customers can buy a wide range of goods; receive high-quality services of social, financial and cultural character without spending much time in the condition of high-density district. Thus, high efficiency and high quality of good and services become dominant in the rating of the problematic issues in the district infrastructure as a whole.

The social component of the project is to ensure employment of more than 250 people in the center.
