Commercial and Office Center is located in Poznyaky in Darnytsa District of Kyiv.
Poznyaky is a huge dormitory area on the Left Bank of the Dnipro River in Kyiv. Three bridges above the Dnipro River link two big parts of the city of Kyiv. In the near future, it is planned to put into operation another bridge - the fourth one.
This district can be characterized by the improved residential infrastructure, which includes newly-constructed high-rise residential buildings, office and shopping centers. The development of this district continues due to possible extension of the city in this direction.
