«Symphony» Business Centre
Two-dimensional building with 9-10 floors is situated in the historical part of Kyiv on Yaroslaviv Val Street. This is one of the central districts of Kyiv with established business, commercial, administrative and cultural infrastructure. However, as a consequence, this district has a strict engineering and energy resources distribution. In order to minimize the energy resources distribution, the project bureau decided to design an object with the use of advanced energy-saving technologies like "Green Building".
