The idea of developing the contour of the building as a whole and facades in particular, was inspired by the principles of Ukrainian Modernism. The building walls are made in the style of "vertical garden". This technology enhances the thermal insulation of walls, provides air purification and noise absorption, creates shade and freshness in the warm period and makes a positive psychological atmosphere in the quarter. The interior of premises was designed according to the special project taking into account the use of high-quality, modern natural materials and technologies for their application.

The territory is fully landscaped with its own areas for recreation, parking, convenient and expressive entrance to the building.

Counting on a strong deficit of the parking places in historical part of Kyiv where the object is located it was decided to design multistage automatic underground parking based on the advanced technologies.

                      

Project final calculations have shown that 4-stage underground parking will provide 84 more parking places (106 out of current 22) which will automatically decrease the prime cost per 1 parking place.

                      

Moreover, proposed parking model is rather simple in use and may be easily adopted to most of the projects; it also benefits the project due to the time economy (90 seconds per 1 car) and a minimum human participation in the process (is managed by 3 operators).
